We had a guided tour of the Opificio delle Pietre Dure with Susanna in December 2021. Susanna was an outstanding guide and very knowledgeable and enthusiastic! The pieces in the museum are fascinating and there is an excellent exhibit of historic tools (and accompanying video) in the upstairs gallery. We ended up spending much more than just 1 hour and could have stayed longer. We definitely recommend this tour and the tour operator!
