In order to get all the services provided by the tour, be sure to bring the DGtalguide™ ticket with you. This ticket was sent to you immediately after the purchase. You can print it out or save it to your smartphone.

Download the tour to your smartphone no earlier than 24 hours before the start of the tour. Only in this case can we guarantee that both the route and all the information about the tour will be updated.


Tour information will be available on your smartphone for a limited time, from 3 to 5 days. After this period, all data will be automatically deleted.
When downloading a tour to the DGtalguide™ application, please use the same email address that was used to purchase it.

Please adhere to the schedule that we attach to each tour. It is very important to follow the route timing, as all the services of our partners are linked to a specific time slot. These services cannot be guaranteed if you do not arrive on time.

Any unforeseen circumstances and problems arising during the tour must be reported to the same phone number. 

If there are any alimentary restrictions (e.g., you are a vegetarian or an allergic), be sure to inform us immediately after purchasing a tour so that we can notify our partners.
